Information We Collect and How We Use It
We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the collection of personal information is limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified below. If we use your information in a manner different than the purpose for which it is collected, then we will ask you for your consent prior to such use.
Sign-up information. If you sign-up to receive updates, news, or newsletters, we ask for and record personal information such as your name and email address. We will send you updates, news, newsletters, and/or contact you. You may choose not to receive e-mail of this type by accessing requesting that you do not receive this information in writing in response to the e-mail or writing to contact@RockPaperPhoto.com and providing the following information: your name, e-mail address, and a written request to cease e-mail updates from RockPaperPhoto.
Account information. If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on the RockPaperPhoto Site, we ask for and record personal information such as your name and email address. We use your email address to send you updates and news, and contact you on behalf of other users (such as other users who send you compliments, personal messages, or favorite reviews). You may choose not to receive e-mail of this type by accessing requesting that you do not receive this information in writing in response to the e-mail or writing to contact@RockPaperPhoto.com and providing the following information: your name, e-mail address, and a written request to cease e-mail updates from RockPaperPhoto.
Registration Obligations. In consideration of your use of the MobiMuunch Services, you represent that you are of legal age (18-years-old) to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving the RockPaperPhoto Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the RockPaperPhoto Service's registration form (the "User Registration") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or RockPaperPhoto has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RockPaperPhoto has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the RockPaperPhoto Services (or any portion thereof). RockPaperPhoto is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children.
Submissions. We store and may publicly display your submissions in order to provide the services that we offer. When we display your submissions, we do so together with your account name (first name and last initial). The term "submissions" refers to the information that you submit or post to the RockPaperPhoto Site for public display, such as business ratings, reviews, photos, compliments, and the information that you display as part of your account profile.
Feedback. If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any personal information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.
Personal messaging. In order to allow you to send and receive personal messages to other registered users of the RockPaperPhoto Site, we record the messages that you send and receive using the RockPaperPhoto Site' personal messaging feature.
Activity. We record information relating to your use of the RockPaperPhoto Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer the RockPaperPhoto Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the RockPaperPhoto Site. You cannot be identified from this aggregate information.
Cookies. We send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term "cookies" refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer's hard drive while you are viewing the site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them).
