Jerome Brunet

Jérôme Brunet was born in southern France and raised in Ontario, Canada. His passion for music began at the age of four, when he started studying as a classical cellist for eight years before moving on to the guitar. He continues to play guitar to this day.

Jérôme displayed an early talent in the visual arts, studying the discipline in high school before completing a formal education in photography at the E.F.E.T. School of Photography in Paris.

Jérôme's award-winning music photography has been published internationally in such publications as Rolling Stone, Billboard, American Photo, Guitar Player, Financial Times, Forbes and The New York Times. His B.B. King shot "Live at the Fox" was recently selected as a winner in the PDN Ultimate Music Moment photo contest and featured in the December/January issue of PDN magazine.

His client list includes Fender Guitars, Gibson Guitars, The Discovery Channel, Nikon Imaging and he has collaborated with the non-profit organizations Unicef, Oxfam and MSFriends.

Jérôme works and lives in the Bay Area and is also represented internationally by the Zuma Press photo agency.
