What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment online, as well as PayPal.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Fine art prints are produced to order and require a high degree of printmaking skill and attention to detail. Framed prints will always take slightly longer than unframed prints. Shipping time will of course also vary based on location. Prints are typically received within 3 to 5 weeks from the time your order is placed.

Is it possible to expedite my order?

Possibly. Depending on where the photographer is based, we may be able to expedite at no additional charge. In other circumstances, you will be subject to rush production and shipping charges.

When will my credit card be charged?

Prints are hand-produced after an order is placed. Once you officially commission the work (i.e. purchase a fine art print) your credit card will be charged.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. Prior to your order shipping, you can call Customer Service at 1-855-RPP-SHOP to receive a status update.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee every print we ship 100%. If you are not satisfied with the artwork you purchased for any reason you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the work, exclusive of shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item which must be in mint condition upon arrival at Rock Paper Photo in order to claim a refund. If you have further questions regarding our return policy or would like advice on how to send the artwork back to us in order to avoid damage in transit, please contact us at info@rockpaperphoto.com.

What if my fine art print arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your print (framed or unframed) arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-855-RPP-SHOP to discuss your options. These options may include replacing the damaged work, credit towards another purchase, or a full refund. Rock Paper Photos cannot accept responsibility for work that has arrived damaged if you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order. We suggest that you inspect your purchase as soon as possible after you receive it. Please take pictures of the damaged package and e-mail them to info@rockpaperphoto.com for insurance purposes.
