David N. Seelig
David N. Seelig is an Idaho-based photographer whose areas of interest include sports photography, music photography, photojournalism and the photography of fine art.
David’s work has been published in many publications including Life, Time, Newsweek, ESPN magazine, Sports Illustrated and Rolling Stone. He has also contributed to many books.
He is the staff photographer for The Idaho Center, a 13,000-seat arena in Nampa, Idaho. He is also the lead photographer for The Sun Valley Guide, a lifestyle publication in Sun Valley, Idaho. David also works for Donruss/Playoff Card Company for whom he has covered various sporting events including Major League baseball and NFL football.
The recently-published “Kodak 500 Greatest Rock and Roll Photos” featured five of Davids photos. His work has been written about in The Online Photographer and by Rick Sammon in Double Exposure magazine.
In 1993 David received a Carlton Brut Photojournalism Award from the French Institute for his photo essay on Hollywood Boulevard.
