It all really started for me as a young boy, when my dad purchased an old manual Kodak camera for me, while living in Singapore for several years. I do believe the gift of that camera got to where I am today as a photographer. Bitten by the music bug ( specifically Punk) and having been able to see bands like The Clash, I was inspired to form my own band called New Model Army in 1987. After a few lessons from my dad, I took the camera with me to one of our first NME gigs. They loved the results which had me pondering photography as a serious career. Now after 22 years in the business, I have travelled the globe and documented diverse subjects such as Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gorillaz, and Liverpool FC just to name a few. I very passionate about my artistry and feel fortunate to have such an amazing career doing what I enjoy most.
